I was born in São Paulo - Brazil and had the privilege to be exposed to Acupuncture and natural medicine at an early age. I studied Acupuncture at CEATA in São Paulo - Brazil graduating in 1994 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy at UnG University (Universidade Guarulhos) Brazil graduating in 1998. I worked as a Physical Therapist and Acupuncturist for the Brazilian Karate Team from 1996 - 1998 as well as having a private home based practice in São Paulo - Brazil. I also worked as a professor for Sol Instituto Terapêutico in São Paulo - Brazil.
In the United States, I worked as an EMT for a private company and an ER Technician on a level 1 trauma center. I graduated with a Master's Degree program from the New England School of Acupuncture in 2013. I had my clinical experience at Boston Medical Center, Winchester Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. I worked as a Teacher's Assistant at New England School of Acupuncture (NESA - MCPHS) and an Acupuncturist at Saint Vincent Hospital Cancer and Wellness Center.
I am the owner of Quality Community Acupuncture with over 20 years of experience in Chinese Medicine.
