Parking
Free parking at the corner lot on the intersection of Faraday st and Prescott st. Gate code will be on your appointment confirmation e-mail or your text message instructions. 
​You can also park on 85 Prescott st and access the building, there is an entrance on the back. 

Cancellation Policy
I ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. As space and time are limited, I would appreciate it if you value my time as I value yours and give a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow for the empty spot to be filled - allowing everyone to be treated as needed. If you miss an appointment or cancel in less than 24 hours, a fee of $40 will be due at the time of your next visit. If appointments have been purchased in a package, then I will deduct one of your pre-paid visits. Pre-paid Initial Visits are not eligible for a refund if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Tardiness Policy
I do understand traffic, get held for a longer period of time at work, difficulty to find a parking space and I do everything I can to accommodate as long as it doesn't interfere with other patient's schedules. Depending on the day, your treatment can be shorter by the amount of minutes you arrived late. 

Inclement Weather
In the case of heavy snow or other inclement weather, please call me or text prior to coming to your scheduled appointment. We will leave an announcement about any cancellations on the website and try to contact you by phone, e-mail or text message.
